Dongshin Hydraulics took advantage of its technoloty and its long to produce Pro-DIMA series, which represents a revolution in the industry. Pro-DIMA is developed using 2-platen direct locking type mechanism with highly functional and aesthetic design     The special design of the clamping system reduces the footprint by 20% ¢¦ 25%, compare to toggle clamping machines.   The special mould-locking cylinder reduce the amount of hydraulic oil circulating in the machine by 25%.   A tail stock platen is no longer required, the weight of the machine is reduced by 10% without any reduction in the rigidity of the machine frame.   The special clamp design concentrates the clamping force at the center of the mould thus minimising platen deflection.   The die height and mould clamping force can be set easily and quickly via the keyboard.   Because of the special design, the PRO-DIMA machines can accommodate thicker molds with a longer mould opening stroke.     The opening and closing cylinder are independent of the mould locking cylinders, thus increasing the speed of mould opening and closing movement.
